Fees

License Restoration:

$3000 total, beginning with minimum of 1/3 ($1000) down. If I don't win your first Appeal, all further DAAD Representation is FREE until you do!

$2500 for an Administrative Review.  $1000 additional if a live (appeal) Hearing is necessary, at which point my Guarantee is locked in.

Drunk Driving:

First Offense Drunk Driving: $2400.

Second Offense Drunk Driving: $3000.

Third Offense (Felony) Drunk Driving: $6000.

Misdemeanor Cases:

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked: $1400.

Possession of Marijuana, First Offense: $1400.

Possession of Marijuana, Second Offense: $1800

Misdemeanor Traffic Violations (excluding DUI): $1400-$1800.

Probation Violation - Circuit Court (Felony): $1800.

Probation Violation - District Court (Misdemeanor): $1400.

Expungements: $1800.

All Other Misdemeanor Cases: $1400 to $3000, depending on the Charges and the Court.

Felony Cases:

$6000 to $10,000, depending on the Charges and the Court.

Traffic Tickets:

Civil Infraction: $900.

Note:  A Retainer of ½ down is required for any Criminal or DUI case not paid in full.  The Fees listed above are effective as of July 23, 2012, and supersede any reference made in any other section of this site, or on any part of my blog.
